A PERSONALIZED APPROACH TO THERAPY
We are proud to offer a wide range of services to help clients from age five through late adult life. Our services range from traditional individual counseling to more complex therapies such as Cognitive Processing and Existential Psychotherapy. Your therapist will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan specific to your counseling needs in order to achieve your unique goals.

Depression Counseling
The skilled therapists at Taylor Counseling Group are here for those fighting depression and depressive feelings throughout Central Texas. If you have felt sad for a long time and it’s interfering with your everyday life, we want to walk with you to work toward recovery and healing from depression.
Anxiety Counseling
At Taylor Counseling Group, our professionally trained stress and anxiety therapists can help you examine the anxiety you are experiencing. If there is no apparent root cause, we will work with you to explore and consider the relevant factors in your life that may be impacting your feelings of worry and causing your anxiety symptoms.

Professional counseling can be expensive. To help with the cost, we will work with your insurance plan to find the best course of treatment possible. If the counselor you are working with is not in network with your insurance, we will work with you to file as an Out of Network Provider (OON). If you do not have insurance and feel as though you cannot afford the help you need, we are committed to work with you to find an affordable rate. More information about our affordable care policy can be found on our affordable care page.
We are currently accepting the insurance plans listed below. Some of our providers may be in the process of credentialing with each insurance provider and may not be able to accept your plan. Additionally, accepting insurance is not a guarantee of payment, and benefits and rates vary for each unique plan. All plans are billed at our Usual and Customary Rate (UCR). If you have a high deductible plan, we do accept all HRA and HSA programs. We will work with you and your plan to find the most professional and affordable care. Please note that we are not currently accepting Medicare or Medicaid.
